Homemade Pashmak Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Sugar
- ½ teasp Vinegar
- 200 g Flour
- 400 g Oil
- ½ liter Water
- 1 teasp Raspberry extract or any flavor you desire
- 2 drops Pink food coloring any color you desire

- Better to have a tray and a pot available while you are making fairy floss. Firstly, you need to dissolve the sugar in the water. The content must be heated to have the sugar finely dissolved. Let the sugary water become to the boil. When it is boiling, add the vinegar and keep stirring. Let the content becomes condensed and when it is dense, grease the tray and spread the content on the tray.
- Wait until it cools. Then use your hands and play with it to have a soft content. You can knead, squeeze and press the material. When it is soft, make a rope shape out of it.
